I think big deficits are good. A few times a week. Not everyday though.
I just wish I knew how big was TOO big for me. I've sucked at this for so long I just don't know anymore!
Well you have just started this path again. Maybe give it a week or two before you freak out? How about asking your BL stalkers (LOL) if they had big deficits- I bet that they did.
