I'm just going to pretend that Wednesday didn't happen this week.
It was bad.
There were lots of calories consumed.
There were NOT lots of calories burned.
Well, I'm sure there were somewhere. Definitely not here, though.
The sinus/cold fiasco is still hanging on strong and now my bum knee is acting up, too. I don't care, though. Thursday I WILL do something.
I think I need to set a new concrete challenge. I busted my ass to get that bike one done and since? Well, not so much.
